Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, PLLC Names New Principal and Adds Associates

Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson is proud to announce that Paul Spadafora has been elevated to Principal in the Firm, where he serves a wide variety of clients in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, trust & estates litigation, and creditor/debtor rights.

Paul earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame, and his J.D. from William & Mary Law School where he was Editor-In-Chief of the William and Mary Environment Law and Policy Review, Vol. 35 (2010-2011) and a Graduate Research Fellow (2008-2011).
In December 2020, the firm was pleased to welcome three new associates to the practice.
Denver Gant joined the Estate Planning Practice Group. Denver’s unique practice spans multiple disciplines, but his primary focus areas include estate planning, probate, business and real estate. Denver holds an LL.M. from University of Washington School of Law, a J.D., summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, and earned his B.A. from Whitman College.
Christina Smith joined the Family Law Practice Group. Christina is a highly skilled attorney, bringing a wealth of legal experience to the family law practice. Christina earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Seattle University.
William B. Reingold, Jr. also joined the Family Law Practice Group. Will joined the firm directly from North Carolina, where he recently completed a Judicial Clerkship for North Carolina Court of Appeals Judge Valerie Zachary. Will earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
