Attorney bio

For over 50 years, Shannon has been a dedicated advocate for clients with complex real estate and business needs. Her experience spans work with banks, lenders, small businesses, entrepreneurs, and public companies. Shannon’s transactional portfolio includes the purchase, sale, and development of golf courses, shopping malls, office buildings, and retail centers. She is adept at resolving intricate issues involving title, permitting, environmental contamination, lending, and leasing.

Shannon is also trusted as outside general counsel by private businesses, providing strategic legal guidance on matters such as corporate governance and employment issues. Today, she focuses her practice on serving as a business advisor to clients, leading them through estate planning and probate, and facilitating sophisticated wealth transfers to the next generation with care and expertise.
