Attorney bio
Jacinda is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate and Business practice groups. Her practice focuses on advising clients on a broad range of real estate transactions, including residential and commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.
She regularly works with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, guiding transactions from initial structuring through closing with an emphasis on practical problem-solving and risk management.
In addition to her real estate practice, Jacinda advises clients on business entity selection and formation and has experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial and business agreements.
