Practice Emphasis
Paul is a civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on commercial litigation, real estate litigation, trust & estates litigation, and creditor/debtor rights. Paul is experienced with every stage of trial and appellate litigation across both federal and state court matters. Paul is also experienced in dispute resolution and counsels clients in their pre-litigation strategic planning.
Prior to joining Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, Paul served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable David W. Christel, United States Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Washington. Prior to that he worked in Florida, where he represented individuals, business entities, and local government bodies in a variety of business and real estate disputes, including claims arising out of the 2010 BP oil spill.
