Roxanneh Mousavi
Roxanneh is a member of Lasher’s Business Litigation practice group, where she represents individuals and small businesses through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice includes experience with Consumer Protection Act claims, breach of contract claims, business torts, landlord-tenant disputes, premises liability claims, and construction matters involving general contractors and subcontractors.
In law school, Roxanneh gained experience in the intellectual property and entertainment spaces by interning at record labels in Seattle and New York, as well as a boutique entertainment law firm. She also has experience advising small businesses and filing trademark applications on their behalf as part of the Seattle University School of Law trademark law clinic. Following graduation, she clerked at a mid-size firm in Los Angeles for two years and spent a year at a Seattle firm, where she built a foundation in civil litigation.
A long-time Washingtonian, Roxanneh brings local insight to her work and, outside the office, can often be found exploring Seattle’s coffee scene in search of the perfect cup.
