My family and I loved the legal representation we received from the Seattle-based firm Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson. Our family's specific praise is directed toward attorneys Quentin Wildsmith, Julie Pendleton, and Emily Husa for their work on a complex Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA) case. Details from this testimonial: • Case outcome: After 15 months of work, the legal team secured a favorable settlement in mediation for the King-Mitchell family, despite the case statistically [sic] having low odds of success. • Legal team: o Quentin Wildsmith was initially consulted and helped assess the strength of the case. o Julie Pendleton was designated as the lead attorney and was central to building the case. o Emily Husa worked closely with Pendleton on compiling and analyzing extensive documentation. • Praise for the team: Myself and my family express the deepest gratitude for the team's integrity, dedication, expertise, and determination. My wife, brother and I are forever grateful for their outstanding work.
