James R. Blankenship

Principal

As Chair of the firm’s Employment Law and a member of the Business Litigation Practice group, James represents and advises employers and employees in disputes involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, wage and hour claims, and union matters.  He also represents business entities in complex litigation, professional liability, and regulatory disputes.
