The estate planning process requires a creative and intuitive attorney who is prepared to patiently listen to and address each client’s specific needs and goals. She is passionate about guiding clients through the process of preparing a comprehensive estate plan, including wills, trusts, health care directives and health care and financial powers of attorney.

Teresa handles the legal administration of large and small probates, which can often give rise to post-mortem tax planning. In addition, she works closely with our Family Law Practice Group as they work with high-net worth individuals to ensure their assets are distributed as intended and to protect parties involved through pre- and post-nuptial planning.

Over the course of her career, Teresa has also represented clients in a wide range of real estate and business transactions, including condominium acquisitions, conversions and sales; commercial leases; commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales and development projects including transactions involving 1031 like-kind exchange. She has also represented both lending institutions and commercial borrowers in the drafting, negotiation and implementation of acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage loans for various types of commercial development transactions.

Experienced across a wide range of business practices, Teresa is able to provide each client with strategies tailored to their individual and unique objectives.

Teresa is a genuine sports fan and she and husband are long-time Husky Football season ticketholders. She also loves to travel and has visited all 50 states.
