Family Law Attorney

LHSE is seeking an experienced Family Law attorney who is licensed to practice law in Washington State to join our preeminent Family Law Practice Group. The firm is accepting resumes from attorneys with 3-5 years of family law and litigation experience, who are looking for future, professional growth. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, a strong work ethic, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong research and writing skills, superior client service and interpersonal skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. The most qualified applicant will have experience in every stage of a family law case, including but not limited to preparing for and arguing family law motions, arbitrations, and trial. Excellent research and writing, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Compensation includes a base salary and the possibility of earning subjective and objective bonuses. Starting annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 depending upon years of experience. LHSE provides 25 days of annual PTO and 7 weeks of parental leave; firm paid healthcare benefits for the employee include medical and dental (employees pay 10% of premium), and life insurance. LHSE also provides a fully paid transit pass or $220.00 monthly parking stipend; and a matching 401(k) contribution up to 4% of your voluntary contribution.
