Litigation Attorney
Lasher is currently seeking a litigation attorney to join our Business Litigation Practice Group. This position provides the opportunity to engage in sophisticated legal work, collaborate with exceptional colleagues, and develop a meaningful, enduring career. Lasher has an opening for a motivated associate attorney. The firm is accepting resumes from Washington attorneys with 3 years of general litigation experience. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, work well with clients, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. The most qualified applicant will have experience in every stage of commercial litigation, as well as excellent writing, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Candidates must have experience in assisting lawyers in preparing a case for filing, for mediation/settlement, dispositive motion practice and trial. Candidates must be detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and stay on task and they must have exceptional English language skills.
