Shannon Sperry’s practice comprises general business representation, with a special emphasis on real estate, finance and employment matters.

One of the original members of the firm, Shannon’s experience includes the acquisition, financing (construction and permanent) and leasing of regional shopping malls, office buildings, retail centers, golf courses and apartment buildings. Conduit, corporate and project finance transactions are part of her practice as well.

Shannon represents a broad and diverse range of clients, including publicly traded and closely held businesses. She also provides employment advice for termination and wrongful discharge claims, wage and hour disputes, and employee policy manuals. Also, Shannon provides mediation services for real estate and employment-related disputes.
