  • Logic20/20, Inc.  (King County Superior Court 2009) Took action on behalf of technology consultant company to enforce non-compete and confidentially provisions in employment contract.
  • Malbec v. Yoo (King County Superior Court 2009) Defended against conversion action and asserted third-party claims on behalf of restaurant owner in two week trial.
  • Johnson v Reed Construction (King County Superior Court 2009)  Successfully defended property owners against invalid contractor’s liens.
  • Pramco II v. Entrees, Inc. (King County Superior Court 2010) Enforce secured party’s rights via Replevin Action pursuant to forbearance agreement and UCC-1 rights.
  • Henley v. HBSC (2010) Assisted homeowner identify, structure, and negotiate work-out plan when faced with litigation, debt, foreclosure, and judgment.
  • Erdman v. Chapel Hill Presbyterian Church (156 Wn. App. 827, 234 P.3d 299 (2010)) Initiated wrongful termination, retaliation, and discrimination lawsuit on behalf of employee, and successfully brought appeal to overturn trial court’s dismissal on summary judgment. 
  • GTS Drywall Supply Co. v. BAR-J.P. (King County Superior Court 2009) Successfully enforced supply contractors contractual and lien rights against general contractor.
