Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson is pleased to announce that Brent W. Beecher, formerly of Hackett Beecher, has joined the firm, Of Counsel, to practice with our Business Litigation and Real Estate Law groups.

Brent concentrates on insurance policy and bad faith disputes. His practice is unusual in that he represents both insurance policy holders and insurance companies, depending on the case, providing unique insights and experience into both perspectives. This experience allows him to get to the real issues in an effective, efficient way.

Outside of insurance, Brent has achieved outstanding results for clients on a wide variety of matters ranging from professional negligence claims to disputes between co-owners of companies.

He is a regular lecturer on insurance issues at legal seminars for other attorneys.

A long-time friend of the firm, Brent has provided invaluable assistance and expertise to lawyers and clients of the firm for many years.  The attorneys and staff of Lasher are delighted to welcome Brent – officially – to the team.

A graduate of the Bowdoin College in Brunswick Maine, Brent was a Judicial Extern, Federal Commercial Court of Appeals, at Southwestern University, Buenos Aires, Argentina, before receiving his Juris Doctor and M.B.A. the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he was also the Managing Editor of the Colorado Journal of Environmental Law & Policy.
