Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson Welcomes New Attorney, Kelly Harris

Kelly joins Lasher as a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate & Business Law practice groups. She will be working with the Real Estate Law practice group providing comprehensive transactional support in leasing, financing, development-related issues, and co-ownership arrangements.

In her Corporate and Business Law practice, she will focus on advising clients on business entity selection and formation, and reviewing business-related contracts.

A graduate of the University of Washington, Kelly received her Juris Doctor from the Seattle University School of Law. She also attended Bucerius Law School as part of their International and Comparative Business Law Program, and completed coursework at Carlos III University of Madrid.

In her free time, Kelly is an avid baker, and enjoys hiking in the Snoqualmie region of the Pacific Northwest.
