Seattle – 14 May 2021 – Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson is proud to announce the distribution of scholarship funds to University of Washington School of Law, Seattle University School of Law, and Gonzaga University School of Law.  As part of Lasher’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee’s community outreach plans, the firm is participating in diversity scholarship programs at three law schools named above.  Scholarship recipients are selected by each organization, pursuant to their independent award criteria.

In addition to funding diversity scholarships for law students locally, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at Lasher is dedicated to celebrating the cultural diversity of our team members and peers.  We do this via a consistent stream of educational information, open discussion, and suggestions for showing support for our varied communities as well as incorporating these principles into our hiring and retention practices.

These efforts are a testament to the firm’s meaningful, ongoing support of efforts to increased diversity in the practice of law.
