Denver Gant joins LHSE Estate Planning Practice Group

Denver has a unique practice that spans multiple disciplines, but his primary focus areas include estate planning, probate, business and real estate.  Denver drafts wills and trusts, and advises clients on a broad range of estate planning and probate issues, such as guardianship, powers of attorney, and tax advice with respect to the gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.  He also assists clients in forming, running, and protecting their businesses.  Denver holds an LL.M. from University of Washington School of Law, a J.D., summa cum laude, from Seattle University School of Law, and earned his B.A. from Whitman College.

Denver joins the firm on Monday, December 7, 2020.

Christina Smith joins LHSE Family Law Practice Group

Christina is a highly skilled attorney who brings a wealth of legal experience to her diverse family law practice.  After beginning her legal career working with child victims of abuse and neglect, she spent several years working on large corporate civil litigation cases.  She soon returned to her personal and professional passion of working with people going through the extremely difficult experiences inherent in divorce.  She practices family law with a sincere motivation to help people in crisis.  Christina holds a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, and earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from Seattle University.
