A highly skilled negotiator and litigator, Maya has obtained excellent results for numerous clients in a wide range of family law disputes including marital dissolution cases and committed intimate relationship cases involving high net-worth estates with complex issues, as well as high-conflict child custody and child support matters. Maya’s extensive experience in the courtroom assists her in reaching favorable settlements for her clients in mediation and arbitration, but also yields great results when a matter must be resolved by the court.
