Washington <em>Super Lawyers</em> are chosen through a process that includes peer recognition and professional achievement&#8212;a designation bestowed upon only five percent of Washington lawyers. <em>Rising Stars</em> must be aged 40 or younger, or in practice for 10 years or less.&nbsp; Also based on peer recognition and professional achievement, only 2.5 percent of Washington attorneys are selected as <em>Rising Stars</em>.</p>
