Attorney - General Business/Corporate


Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, PLLC has an opening in its Business Department for a motivated associate attorney. The firm is accepting résumés from Washington attorneys with 3 to 5 years of experience in tax, or in general business, corporate or estate planning with a tax overlay. Candidates should have an LL.M. (tax), should work well with clients, and should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with a partial book of business. This is a great opportunity to grow a practice at a recognized and well-respected 31-attorney law firm in downtown Seattle.
