Practice Emphasis
Timothy Steen focuses his practice on litigating on behalf of businesses and entrepreneurs in an array of matters including commercial, real estate, employment, and tort disputes.
Following law school, Tim served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Torts Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Washington where he litigated complex liability matters across our state. Since entering private practice as a commerical trial lawyer, Tim advises clients in risk management and commercial matters such as leasing, real estate, and service contracts. His experience includes jury and bench trials in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and all phases of discovery and motion practice.
