Practice Emphasis
Kylel's practice represents almost thirty years of experience in real estate, corporate law, business law, and tax law representing a variety of real estate interests, closely held corporations, construction firms, mortgage companies, and entrepreneurs of all types. He is often consulted by other lawyers and frequently acts as a business and law guru to entrepreneurs.
Kyle has extensive Alternative Dispute Resolution experience. He has worked as an advocate, arbitrator, and a mediator in the private sector at the request of clients, judges, and other lawyers.

Noteworthy
One of the original founders of Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson (then Lasher & Johnson), Kyle Johnson began his career as a lawyer in Seattle in 1971 following a four-year stint on active duty as an Army lawyer in the Judge Advocate General's Corps.
Professional and educational qualifications include a Masters of Law in Taxation, an "AV" rating, conferred by his peers, in the Martindale-Hubbell law directory, and substantial experience as a lecturer to bar exam applicants, professional groups, and the public.
