Tyler assists clients in the resolution of disputes involving commercial contracts, creditor's rights, and labor and employment disputes.
A graduate of Seattle University, Tyler chose to attend law school in Washington D.C. to take advantage of the opportunities presented by our nation's capital. In doing so, Tyler spent 9 months working in the Commercial Litigation Division of the Department of Justice. This work primarily focused on the government contracts and the False Claims Act.
After graduating from law school in 2007, Tyler returned to Seattle. Before joining Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, Tyler worked at one of the state's largest consumer collection law firms. While employed there, Tyler represented major creditors in collecting bad debts in the superior court of nearly every county in the state of Washington.
Tyler is an accomplished skier, bike racer and enjoys all types of athletic endeavors.
