Practice Emphasis
Phil's practice focuses on representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy cases and proceedings. Phil also advises creditors in matters outside of bankruptcy and represents clients in commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Lasher, Phil worked at an international law firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused his practice on bankruptcy law, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and also kept an active immigration law pro bono practice.
Before attending law school, Phil worked as a Certified Public Accountant.
