Noteworthy 
One of the original members of the firm, Shannon Sperry practices business, real estate and employment law. Her experience includes the acquisition, financing (construction and permanent) and leasing of regional shopping malls, office buildings, retail centers, golf courses and apartment buildings. Conduit, corporate and project finance transactions are part of her practice. She represents a broad and diverse range of clients, including publicly traded and closely held businesses and provides employment advice for termination and wrongful discharge claims, wage and hour disputes and employee policy manuals.
