Representative Cases
Acted as lead counsel in a successful multimillion-dollar wage class action against a Ford dealership.
Acted as lead counsel defending a large class action wage case against a regional employer.
Defended at trial a successful wrongful termination claim by an upper-level manager against a regional employer.
Successfully defended a breach of a non-compete clause while at the same time prevailing on a counterclaim for tortious interference with contractual relations for the employer.
Recovered 100% of an insurance reimbursement claim contested by an insurance carrier.
Successfully prosecuted a multi-plaintiff sexual harassment claim against Snohomish County. More information about this case in the Herald News.
Received 100% reimbursement for all attorneys fees incurred in the defense of her client representing a manufacturer being sued for breach of contract.
