Represented trust department of major bank, obtaining two summary judgments and full award of attorney fees, all totaling over $750,000.
Miller v. Moe, et al., Federal Court, Western District of Washington (2004)
Defended marine surveyor against multi-million dollar malpractice claim. Obtained summary judgment dismissal of all claims.
Safeway, Inc. v. Milliken South Slope, In Arbitration (2003); King County Superior Court (2004)
Represented major grocery chain in successful arbitration and collection of award in excess of $140,000. In subsequent litigation between same parties, obtained summary judgment award in excess of $350,000.
Rigby v. Ihry, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington (2002)
Represented bankruptcy trustee in successful appeal to District Court and successful trial on remand in Bankruptcy Court, involving adverse possession of large commercially-zoned parcel.
