Representative Cases 
Contract; Fraud
Admitted Pro Hac Vice in Nevada Federal District Court, Mario successfully recovered $290,000 for his client in settlement of a breach of contract and fraud lawsuit.

Sales Contract
Working with litigation attorneys at LHSE, Mario assisted in the defense of a $2.2 million dispute regarding his corporate client’s supply of product to a military contractor.

Collection
Mario recovered more than $254,000 owing to his corporate client on unpaid open account by successfully suing the corporate debtor’s individual owners.

Lease Dispute
Mario successfully negotiated resolution of a breach of lease agreement lawsuit filed against his corporate client for premature abandonment of a long-term lease.

Employment
Working with employment attorneys at LHSE, Mario represented the firm’s corporate client in defense of a class action wage and hour dispute. In a separate lawsuit, Mario assisted in the prosecution of a high profile sexual harassment lawsuit against a governmental entity.

Bankruptcy
Representing a debtor under Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, Mario successfully reversed a U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s decision to approve a settlement between the bankruptcy trustee and a creditor, by appeal to the U.S. District Court.

Lien Litigation
Using the mechanics lien statute, Mario successfully assisted a subcontractor in recovery of an unpaid contract from the owner and general contractor In a separate lawsuit defending a general contractor client, Mario successfully defeated invalid lien claims made by union labor plaintiffs.
