Tyler J. Moore  Associate

Tyler Moore’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, as well as commercial collections. He assists clients in the resolution of disputes involving commercial contracts, creditor’s rights, and labor and employment disputes.

While attending law school in Washington D.C., Tyler spent nine months working in the Commercial Litigation Division of the Department of Justice. This work primarily focused on government contracts and the False Claims Act.

Before joining Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, Tyler worked at one of the state’s largest consumer collection law firms. While employed there, Tyler represented major creditors in collecting bad debts in the superior court of nearly every county in the state of Washington.

Tyler is an accomplished skier and bike racer; he enjoys all types of athletic endeavors.
