Linda Kelley Ebberson is one of Washington’s preeminent divorce attorneys.  An original member of Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson, Linda is a skillful litigator with more than 30 years of experience.

Linda has a first-rate reputation with an outstanding track record in resolving disputes, including marriage and business divorces; construction contracts, damage claims and lien foreclosures; and business, contract and real estate issues.  After many years of mediation and trial experience in these areas, Linda now focuses her practice exclusively on divorce and family law.

    Linda participated in case preparation, negotiation and settlement of one of the country's largest marriage dissolutions involving the technology sector and celebrity goodwill.
  • Successfully divided a complex series of trusts created following the sale of a Fortune 500 business, preserving the careful tax and estate planning and allowing the wife to gain control over her estate.
  • Successfully enforced a prenuptial agreement after a ten-year marriage, allowing the husband to retain his separate property businesses and assets with a $100 million net worth.
  • Successfully enforced a prenuptial agreement restoring the wife’s separate property solely to her after a brief marriage to a financial opportunist.
  • Successfully traced thirty-seven years of accumulated and commingled separate and community property for allocation between the parties based upon original source.
  • Strickland v. Lakeshore Investment Corporation, et al.
    In this family business “divorce,” Linda successfully partitioned more than 70 parcels of commercial real estate and reorganized a real estate corporation involving three generations of a family-owned business. The case required sophisticated knowledge of civil procedure, real estate valuation, tax and corporate planning and mediation skills. The involved parties were able to resume control of their respective assets, separate from family business partners and implement their business plan.
  • VA Hospital, Portland, Oregon
    Linda collected $1.65 million in contract changes and impacts for a mechanical subcontractor in a mediated settlement with the general contractor and the Veteran’s Administration.
  • Boeing/Paine Field/High Bay Building
    Through aggressive settlement negotiations, Linda assisted two mechanical contractors in recovering their contract balances and claims for changes during the construction process after the general contractor defaulted.
