Kyle Johnson’s practice represents almost 30 years of experience in real estate, corporate law, business law and tax law representing a variety of real estate interests, closely held corporations, construction firms, mortgage companies and entrepreneurs of all types. He is often consulted by other lawyers and frequently acts as a business and law guru to entrepreneurs.

Kyle has extensive alternative dispute resolution experience. He has worked as an advocate, arbitrator and a mediator in the private sector at the request of clients, judges and other lawyers.

One of the original founders of Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson (then Lasher & Johnson), Kyle began his career as a lawyer in Seattle in 1971 following a four-year stint on active duty as an Army lawyer in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps.
